In joint events with our cooperation partners, our members hold talks providing information about current topics, such as bequests and donations, wills and advance directives and powers of attorney
An increasing number of citizens today are also interested in donations to put their assets or part of their assets in trust and therefore serve the common good. Make a donation yourself!
Our longstanding, good collaboration with our co-operation partners has already enabled us to assist many people seeking advice, and we would also like to continue to do so.
Please get in touch with us by calling us on +49 (0)7531-17727 or by sending an email to info@erbrecht-institut.de if you have any questions, or contact the help organisations listed directly.
In close cooperation with the SOS Children's Village (SOS Kinderdorf), we have events on the subject of "inheriting and bequeathing", and have written contributions on current inheritance topics for the SOS Children's Village magazine.
Development of the SOS Children's Village idea
SOS Children's Villages are a private, non-partisan and non-denominational social service for children in need.
Since their foundation in 1949 by Austrian Hermann Gemeiner, around 500,000 SOS Children's Villages and over 1,600 additional SOS facilities have been set up, such as kindergartens, schools, training centres and clinics in 132 countries.
The SOS Children's Villages provide abandoned children with a new home and hope for the future regardless of their ethnic origin, nationality and religion.

We support our long-term co-operation partner Bayerische Krebsgesellschaft e.V. through information events on the topic of "inheritance & asset succession".
Bayerische Krebsgesellschaft e.V.
People suffering from cancer often experience the illness as a deep intervention in many areas of their life. They talk about medical treatment with the doctor, although many questions still remain unanswered.
We help people and their family members to live with the disease - offering confidential and free of charge support.
Bayerische Krebsgesellschaft e.V. is reliant upon the support and solidarity of the population as a charitable organisation. Bayerische Krebsgesellschaft e.V. is able to implement special projects through larger donations, inheritances or legacies.
